What I Wore: Tie Die in Texas
2:26 PM
I’m 37,000 feet up in the sky headed back to Boston and I’m already missing Texas. For some reason, I have this incredible urge to be anywhere but home for the moment. After 10 days of family, tacos, and sunshine in my hometown, who can blame me? Thankfully, I’m only home here in Boston for a few weeks and then it’s back to Texas for Christmas, but not before a quick getaway to New Hampshire this weekend and a holiday Staycation at the Sheraton. LOTS coming up this month for Style Wire!
I’m doing my best to document my outfits along the way! Lately it seems I’ve been spending all my time creating content for clients and campaigns that I forget about sharing my daily OOTDs. I managed to quickly set up the tripod this weekend and snap my outfit.
I donned this silk kimono by Laura Siegel for church with my family this past Sunday. It’s ultra-lightweight, with billowing oversize sleeves and a wide silhouette so I added a silver belt at the waist and my favorite Loeffler Randall gladiators. Would you believe I actually bought two pairs of these shoes because I love them so much!? I have pristine pair waiting for me when these are tattered and done for.
Anyway, this was pretty much the only cute outfit I wore in Texas; the majority of the trip was spent in leggings and sneakers. The way it should be when you go home, if you ask me!
