Admittedly, I don't know much about boating. My sister-in-law has one and we always have so much fun boating on the lake together in the summer. It's one of the few summer activities that everyone loves and we all enjoy and agree on! It just so happens that the Progressive Insurance New England Boat Show is in town from February 11-19 and it's the perfect spot for a newbie like me to learn more about boating. In addition to the latest boat models, the Progressive Insurance New England Boat Show also has fishing demos (I hear there's a giant indoor tank with live fishing demos), over 800 models of boats, and hands-on exhibits and simulators. Early in the week, chef Jason Heard (Executive Chef and Owner at Coppersmith) will be on site to share cooking tips that combine his love for seafood and BBQ so everyone can enjoy a perfect day and delicious meal on the water.
