Spring Beauty Picks!

Warmer weather often means more natural makeup looks for me and this season I've discovered some new products that are perfect for achieving a simple & clean Spring look!

Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer ($27): Provides excellent coverage without being too heavy. The jumbo sized doe foot applicator is a little intimidating, so I dot it around the face and stick to blending with my beauty blender. I love how this looks in photos and dare I say, I like it more than Makeup Forever's HD foundation.
Fresh Sugar Lip Polish & Advanced Therapy Treatment ($22.50 & $25): Fresh recently came to Boston on their #FreshBlueBox tour and I not only got to make the makeup bag pictured (those are my lips and handwriting!) but they sent me home with some amazing goodies. This duo is my absolute favorite, especially since I wear a lot of matte lip colors. First, exfoliate with the lip polish at the sink and follow up with the lip treatment or your favorite lip color. I wear the Advanced Therapy Lip treatment every night before bed, it's ultra hydrating and perfect for keeping lips soft and lipstick ready!
YSL Volume Effect Faux Clix Mascara ($32): This mascara is super black! I like to use it for creating a more dramatic smokey eye for night as it kind of builds and gets a little heavy. I like it, but I'm not sure I would purchase it after I run out.
Benefit Roller Lash Mascara ($24): Can you really go wrong when it comes to Benefit mascaras? This one definitely does a better job of curling my lashes without a curler than other mascaras but I think I still love Benefit's They're Real mascara more.
