This holiday season came and went so quickly. Perhaps it's because I came home right after Christmas, went back to work, and declined to celebrate the new year in any major way this year. Christmas was enough for me this year; it felt so good being back home in Texas doing downright Texas things like eating venison, walking the beach, and going on a Christmas hayride through the park in the back of an old pick up.
