As I ventured around Boston in this outfit I thought to myself, "If I were a superhero, this is what I would wear." I love the fun, asymmetrical hemline of this skirt and it's made of a really cool, scuba-like/neoprene material that I am obsessed with (the same material as my favorite Cynthia Rowley leggings). And it's neon yellow, can't miss me in this vibrant hue!
