New Boston Fave: Bluemercury
7:39 PMWhile I was getting my facial Krystina did Kerrie's makeup, giving her a natural but glowing look to complement her facial. While I was hanging around the store Krystina did a regular client's makeup for the evening and she left looking absolutely stunning and ready for a night on the town! Despite the high end brands that they carry, they are amazing to each and every client that visits regardless of their intent to purchase, and encourage clients to test and sample new products.
After visiting Bluemercury I can honestly say I will be doing much more of my beauty shopping here, especially since they carry two of my staple brands, Laura Mercier and NARS. No need to attempt to navigate the chaos that is the Prudential Sephora when this hidden gem is conveniently up the block. Plus we had so much fun chatting and learning about new products with Nina, Krystina, and Alicia that I can't wait to go back and catch up with them!
At the end of the night my skin felt amazing-- so amazing I actually declined having my makeup done, wanting to savor the glowing state my skin was in. Kerrie and I went home with goodie bags packed with samples as well as a generous heap of their signature scented potpourri (included with all Bluemercury gift packaging!). I hope you stop by this amazing shop next time you're taking a walk down Newbury Street, you won't regret it!
