What's a girl to do on a humid summer day? Throw on a maxi dress! This particular one I bought before a family trip to Costa Rica a couple of years ago and it's proven itself over and over again since. I think I paid $16 for it from H&M and have had to repair a small hole here or there but it's perfect.

It was a slightly cloudy day so I threw on the striped tee and knotted it into a faux crop-top. I think this is a great way to try the trend without baring your stomach, don't you think?
